Despite a decade of successful projects, Glendale lacked an online footprint, which made it difficult for potential clients and investors to discover or verify the brand’s capabilities. This absence of visibility created hesitation among investors and partners, limiting opportunities for growth. In addition, Glendale’s communications were unstructured, and there was a clear need for a cohesive brand story that could convey its value, expertise, and premium positioning to the market. Onetouch’s objective was to reposition Glendale as a credible, premium real estate brand, craft a unified narrative across all channels, and ensure that every brand touchpoint inspired trust, confidence, and engagement from key stakeholders.

What We Did

The strategic and creative response

We began by refining the foundation of the brand itself. The company name was transitioned from Glendale Residence to Glendale Properties to accurately reflect the full scope of its portfolio, which spans both residential and commercial developments. This strategic renaming ensured that the brand identity aligned with the scale, strength, and diversity of its operations, immediately positioning Glendale as a more comprehensive and growth-ready real estate company. With the refined name in place, we evolved the brand identity without executing a complete overhaul, preserving existing brand equity while strengthening its strategic clarity. The updated logo paired the brand name with a forward chevron symbol (>) a deliberate mark representing momentum, direction, and future growth. The identity system was refined to communicate confidence, structure, and forward-thinking leadership while maintaining familiarity within the market. To translate this positioning into a tangible digital presence, Onetouch designed and developed a corporate website that effectively showcased Glendale’s projects, highlighted investor insights, and integrated structured lead capture tools. The platform was built to be responsive, SEO-friendly, and strategically organized to maximize discoverability while clearly presenting the company’s execution track record and market expertise. Beyond digital presence, we developed a comprehensive corporate profile that functions as both a brand document and an investor dossier. The document was strategically written and designed to articulate Glendale’s history, portfolio strength, operational capabilities, and long-term vision, providing stakeholders with a clear, credible, and professionally structured overview of the company. Onetouch also assumed responsibility for digital management and ongoing brand direction. We managed social media assets and the website, while leading strategic marketing and creative campaigns that highlighted Glendale’s execution capacity and large-scale delivery.
